Watering the Tree
Qabalistically, you are entering the realm of Briah, the creative plane. Here dwelleth the muse of the artist and the consoling power of the therapist.
This is a Piscean smoothie of pure, uncut emotion. Go on, dunk your doughnut into the dark, baptismal tub of Neptune.
In Briah, we encounter the Undines, the Elementals of Water. The Archangel Gabriel presides here, Water chalice in hand, overseeing the tides and splashing artists with the Waters of creativity.
Pool of the Undines
Elemental Water rules over the unconscious mind and feelings. All thinking done here is with the heart, relying on feeling, rather than logic. Intuition and unconscious impulses compel the actions.
The nurturing instincts are heightening, as Gabriel reminds us not to swim into the deep end of the pool. There, the fresh Waters of emotion merge into the vast ocean of Pisces, where one is easily lost. Likewise, the Angel warns not to dare the underwater caves. Here, lies the watery Scorpion, who poisons with angers, boiling.
The Deep
Diving down, straight to the bottom of the mind pool, we taste the salty brine of things from the distant past. The scent of meals cooked for us by loved ones, long ago. The smell of a childhood pet and a hint of that favorite blanket, the one that feels safe. The claw of the Crab pulls you deeper, down into the warm, nurturing space of your watery, safety blanket.
Plumb the depths of your deeper self with an Elemental Water ritual. Program and charge a talisman to flow with specific feelings. Perhaps there are some feelings which are better dispersed, washing them away with the waves.
Dress blue candles with Water Oil to invoke or offer to the entities of Water, whether Planetary, zodiacal, or the Sprites of the rivers, or Spirits of the oceans and streams.
