Fiery Wall of Protection Incense
Fiery Wall or Protection Incense is one of several Fiery Wall of Protection products are a standard Hoodoo Formula for spiritual protection, against curses, tricks and evil Spirits.
Most versions of this recipe are simply Frankincense, Myrrh and Dragon’s Blood. However, my formula for Fiery Wall incense utilizes five, separate, Mars herbs and resins, since 5 is the magickal number of the Planet Mars, the God of War and Conquest.
Mars is who we call on for protection and so I chose martial ingredients. That being said, this is a general protection oil and not a Mars formula. You can definitely use it right alongside any Mars working but you do not need to invoke Mars to use it. Rather, most root workers use Psalms and various Christian prayers when using these formulas. They quite easily adapt to any type of prayer, from whatever your chosen path is.
Feel free to use your favorite Nordic God or the Wiccan God and/or Goddess. You can even just burn it and pray freely to your Guardian Angel or visualize White Light. There are no real limitations. Fiery Wall is not in any way dedicated to any specific Spirit or Deity.
Think of it in this way. Fiery Wall of Protection Incense is the Elemental Air equivalent of a shotgun. Burn this over some Three Kings Charcoal and dispel whatever nasties have already congregated or might try to.
