Fennel is a potent herb for cleansing work. The old texts say you shouldn’t burn it as an incense, since this creates anger. The old saying “To sow fennel” is to sow harm, malice, gossip, etc. Fennel is frequently part of Uncrossing work as well and it’s wise to incorporate it.
These doubled-edged approaches to its use suggest it as being a two-headed Spirit, working in whichever direction it is pointed. This makes it valuable to the practical sorcerer. It’s safe to label Fennel as a reversing herb and would work well in conjunction with other such herbs.
Sold as a curio only.
