Refund and Returns Policy

Please allow a minimum of 7 business days after placing your order, before inquiring about the shipping status. I’m a one person company, I process orders as quickly as I can.

Some orders will require more time to fill than others. I don’t always know when I am about to run out of certain items, and many of the things that I need to make my products are obscure, hard to find ingredients.

Refunds

Because of the nature of the items and services I deal in, I can only offer refunds or returns on a few of my products. If something arrives broken, provide photos that clearly show the broken item and the package it arrived in, so I can replace it. Some items might be irreplaceable.

If you receive the wrong item, wrong number of items, or damaged items, I will replace or refund you, as soon as I possibly can. I can’t offer the same kind of instant refunds that big businesses do, so please be patient.

All Services are a strict NO REFUND policy.

The Nascent Magician course is also a strict NO REFUND policy.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or you receive something other than what you ordered. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {magus72@conjurework.com} and we’ll get it sorted out.
